Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, billing clarification, and more.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutions and promote appropriate products and services.
  • Learn from the best in the industry through coaching and mentoring, gaining valuable insights and skills to excel in your role.
  • Embrace a diverse range of responsibilities, including building customer relationships, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and marketing our products and services.
Requirements
  • Must be able to speak fluent both English and Spanish
  • Starting hourly base pay $19 plus bonus and commissions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate various software systems.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be available to work the following schedule M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 40 hours week (WEEKENDS & ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS OFF)

Compensation $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
