"Kudos to Salkia. Today I called and explained that with passing of my mother and my youngest daughter having breast cancer, it became too much for me and I had to take a mental leave of absence. I ask her what could I do to make my policy lower temporarily until I return to work on August 12, 2025. I was able to explain how hard it had been for me because my mother was my best friend and I’ve had it for 58 years and it was simply hard because I don’t have her right now with going through this with my daughter having the breast cancer. She was so sympathetic so empathetic she even Gave me her own experience of losing her mother so that just made my day that made me feel very, very good so I just wanna say kudos kudos kudos it was a fantastic call and again she made my day. Thank you."
