"You call Steve's office and you try to get help. And the response is so negative. I put a lot money into insurance. And there are claims that should show whether they were used or not. I can't get my car fixed cause the repair facility can't tell how long it will take. I dont have a second car. Accidents happen and when you report them. You have to worry that you will get cancelled. We pay insurance and commissions to you folks at State Farm. On a daily basis and we pay deductibles as well. What's the purpose of having insurance when you got to have stress over your head. When you have insurance, It's supposed to ease the burden and make us feel secure about using state farm. Where you can say and tell others I got people for that. I can't even say that WENDY. YOU MAKE SURE YOU TELL ME HOW MANY CLAIMS I HAVE. AND SAY THERE COULD BE REPERCUSSIONS. I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THIS SYSTEM."

"I just had to change insurance due to my budgeting but I wish I didnt have to! Ive loved the service and communication of this office. Also to add it wasnt SF fault that I needed something cheaper, just life and they were so helpful in the process and so understanding. They even stated that they would reach out in a year to see if I could come back."
